Its A Sunny Sunday!
Its been sometime since we have given you guys an update on whats going on. So here goes.. Last Sunday night (7th Jan) we attempted to try the Ferber Sleep Method. Night one, Anya took 45 minutes to go down; Night two, 10 mins; Night three, 2 mins; Night four, 2 mins; Night five, 10 mins; Night six 5 mins. On all bar the first night both parents had great sleep!
In summary, the method works and has allowed us to remove the dependency of a pacifier/dummy.
